I like the way you formatted this blog posting- it almost looks like a contract that we should sign! My original conception of this process was that we were going to be having Critical Friends conversations, but now I see that it is in written feedback. This actually changes the process for me because sometimes comments/questions can be misread or misunderstood. On the receiving end, I always appreciate getting instant feedback so that I can revise in the moment and get input.

I like the way that you laid this out in clear concise bullet points, like a rubric. I got really flowey and verbose talking about how we're already a good cohort at giving feedback. I think your post here is a much better actual description of what being a critical friends looks like, whereas mine was a description of what being good critical friends feels like.
